When you book a trip, you’ll be given a pick-up time and walking directions to a set pick-up/drop-off location in your neighbourhood. You’ll be able to track your ride in real time. If you are calling in, provide the same information to the 311 representative who will give you step by step instructions.

Wait times are expected to be between 5 and 20 minutes.
